“The most important thing people can do to prevent and reverse Alzheimer’s disease and other chronic diseases is to minimize chemical exposures from air, water, food and consumer products. Eating organic food is essential, as well as eating naturally fermented raw vegetables, etc., to optimize the health of one’s intestinal microbiome of beneficial bacteria.”
