Annastacia Weiss’ love for food began as a small child. Designing restaurants and throwing luncheons by the young age of five, her love for cooking and learning about food only grew with age. As a teenager, she became aware of healing with food and herbs, and began a lifelong self-study in both nutrition and herbal medicine. As a young adult, she went to Western Culinary Institute in her native Portland, Oregon to begin a career in food. Annastacia has decades of cooking experience working in restaurants from coast to coast, studying and cooking amongst top-rated chefs, and also co-owning a top-rated restaurant herself.

Annastacia also studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Annastacia is now maintaining a nutritional counseling practice focusing on whole family health. She does one-on-one counseling and group cooking classes.

When not working, you’ll find Annastacia outside on an adventure with her partner and son, biking through town or to the river, or working on in-home cooking projects.
