Julie Smircic has practiced clinical social work counseling for more than 15 years. She has extensive training in psycho-spiritual, experiential and mindfulness-based therapy techniques; and has worked in a variety of settings, including chemical dependency units, hospice, psychiatric in-patient, and private practice. Smircic has a passion for personal growth and truly enjoys sharing the fruits of her experiences and learning with others. She currently teaches Introduction to Addictions and Ethics of the Psychotherapeutic Relationship in the Integrative Mental Health program.
