Laura Baffes, DC

Dr Laura Baffes is an Associate Professor & has been teaching at NUNM and UWS since 1994.  She is a certified chiropractic sports physician (CCSP) and has additional training in neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics & internal disorders.

Dr Baffes has co-authored a care pathway on the treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome and has been involved in the NIH funded grant for Evidence based practice as a faculty participant.  She has been involved in research studies on TMD and cervicogenic HA and lectures across the country on the topics of TMD, HA, neurology, and pediatrics.

Also, Dr Baffes maintains an active chiropractic clinic in SE Portland where she has mentored numerous student/interns on chiropractic techniques. Laura enjoys biking, hiking, and beach vacations with her partner, family, friends, & pups.
