These 30-minute presentations will be followed by 15-minute Q&A with the speaker. \nThursday\, May 2\nNoon – 1 PM\nMain Academic Building\, Room 107 \nOpen to all NUNM community\, research students\, and faculty \nPublic livestream: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83625780018 \nAbout the Speaker\n  \nLita Buttolph PhD\, DSOM\, MS \n \nDr. Lita Buttolph is a Post-Doctoral Research Investigator in the Helfgott Research Institute. Her passion for research began through her studies and work in ecology and natural resource management and later turned to human health. Dr. Buttolph received her MS in Wildland Resources Science from the Univ \nersity of California\, Berkeley\, and her PhD in Rangeland Science from Utah State University\, where she studied pastoral systems ecology in the Bolivian highlands. She later earned her Doctor of Science in Oriental Medicine and master’s degree in integrative medicine research from the National University of Natural Medicine. Her research interests include understanding the impacts of mind-body practices\, such as qigong\, in both healthy individuals and those affected by chronic conditions. \n
