Dr. Liz Davidson is a licensed naturopathic physician specializing in women’s health. After graduating with honors from National College of Natural Medicine (now NUNM), she completed a joint residency with Dr. Tori Hudson and NCNM. She stayed on as an associate with Dr. Hudson for several years prior to opening a solo practice in Lake Oswego, OR.
Dr. Davidson received her baccalaureate degree in biology from Oregon State University. She went on to graduate work at UC San Diego Medical School, where she received a Master in Physiology and Pharmacology. She also taught high school science after earning a Master in Education at Stanford University. Prior to starting her naturopathic education, Dr. Davidson was a massage therapist, specializing in oncology and hospice massage. She volunteered and taught massage volunteers in the bone marrow transplant and chemotherapy units at Oregon Health Sciences University. During this time, she also studied herbal medicine with Cascade Anderson-Geller, where she developed a profound love of working with medicinal plants.
Dr. Davidson believes that health care should be about achieving wellness and vitality, rather than just treating disease. She individualizes health care to help each patient find his or her own unique path to optimal health.
