Are you interested in trying a natural supplement?
NUNM’s Helfgott Research Institute is recruiting for a new study. Help us assess the impact of ionized calcium on biological aging and quality of life in those with atrial fibrillation.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are age 18-70 years
- Have non-valvular atrial fibrillation
- Are willing to be randomized to take either a placebo or an Ionized Calcium supplement daily for 12 weeks followed by an ionized calcium supplement for another 12 weeks
- Are willing to have blood drawn on 4 occasions and fast for 10-12 hours prior to each blood draw
- Can attend a screening visit and 5 study visits at the Helfgott Research Institute in Portland
If you are eligible and enroll in the study, you could be compensated with up to $475.
