POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position combines consultative academic and career advising with proactive relationship management, helping prospective students evaluate whether NUNM’s programs align with their goals and guiding qualified candidates through a structured enrollment process. Success is measured by responsiveness, relationship quality, and conversion of well-matched prospects, not volume alone. The Enrollment Advisor builds meaningful relationships with prospective students, manages a robust recruitment pipeline, and works collaboratively across the university to achieve enrollment goals.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys helping others make important life decisions. They are motivated by achieving goals, comfortable having consultative conversations, and skilled at balancing empathy with accountability. They thrive in a collaborative environment, embrace data-informed decision making, and are passionate about helping students find the educational path that best fits their aspirations.
