Dr. Marianne Marchese is a highly accomplished naturopathic physician and a recognized expert in environmental medicine, women’s health, and integrative medicine. She brings over 22 years’ experience to NUNM focused on balancing women’s hormonal health, thyroid disorders, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, PMS, menopause, and perimenopause. She is a specialist in environmental medicine utilizing detoxification, cleansing and chelation. She is the author of the bestselling book- 8 Weeks to Women’s Wellness.

Her background spans clinical practice, teaching, writing, speaking, and professional advocacy. For over 12 years she wrote the environmental medicine column in the Townsend Letter Journal. She has been published in numerous magazines and journals and lectures at physician conferences throughout the U.S. She is past adjunct faculty at Bastyr University in San Diego, Life Chiropractic College in Hayward CA, and Sonoran University in Tempe AZ teaching gynecology, gynecology lab and environmental medicine.

Dr. Marchese received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from NUNM in Portland Oregon in 2002. She completed a 2-year integrative medicine and women’s health residency in Portland with Dr. Tori Hudson. Her goal is to help patients achieve optimal health and empower them to participate fully in their healthcare.
