Dr. Cory Szybala is a naturopathic physician and adjunct faculty member at NUNM. He has been a part of the acclaimed FAME Project (Food as Medicine Everyday) since its beginning. The FAME Project is a 12-week series of community-based workshops in nutrition and hands-on cooking that teach people how to purchase, prepare and enjoy simple, healthy meals. In addition to his community-based instruction, Dr. Szybala balances his time between speaking engagements, teaching, private practice, and creating an educational website dedicated to naturopathic and Chinese medicine. He is a passionate advocate for healthy, sustainable living for everyone, young and old.

Dr. Szybala received a BA in Biochemistry from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) with minors in psychology, Spanish and biology.
