It is my honor to be supervising NUNM’s hospice clinic shift in Vancouver, WA and to also be teaching the in-person elective on Death and Dying.

Integrative End Of Life Care is my heart’s work. I have been a practicing acupuncturist since 2007 and have practiced in Hospice since 2010. I am a whole-hearted advocate of integrated models of care where eastern and western medicine come together in order to provide the best options for patients.

I am a graduate of Purdue University and the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, nationally certified by the NCCAOM, and licensed as an acupuncturist in Oregon and Washington.

My academic background prior to Chinese Medicine was in Cultural Anthropology, Philosophy, and Religious studies. Cultivating awareness and understanding has been a labor of love throughout my life.

I am an avid gardener and appreciator of the natural world. Having my hands in the dirt is my healing elixir! To me, tending the outer and tending the inner have a great deal in common. I find joy and resilience in a steady diet of hiking, open water swimming, sharing food I’ve grown with people I love, and my own life’s journey toward ever-deeper purpose and connection.
