  1. As an instructor his courses include: Health Coaching, The Psychology Of Food Choice, Food Anthropology, and Food Relationship Coaching.
  2. As a coach, he offers Food Story Coaching®, his proprietary approach to food coaching developed over the last 16 years in one-on-one and group work with clients. This approach is driven by his passionate interest in food culture and the intersection of personal, social, psycho-spiritual, and anthropological forces that influence our daily food choices. He offers this to private clients and wellness professionals who are seeking growth and insights into their relationship with food so that they can implement and sustain meaningful dietary change for life.
  3. As a veteran coach and educator with over two decades of experience in the health and wellness industry, he consults with businesses, agencies, organizations and wellness promotion companies to improve employee and/or client wellness efforts through, 1. enhancing the skills and abilities of their internal health coaches and 2. assisting their employees to improve their health through improvements in their relationship with food.
