Lindsay teaches core courses in both the Integrative Health Sciences and Nutrition bachelor’s degree programs in the School of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies at NUNM. As an educator, she aims to help students make robust connections between topical exploration in the classroom and tangible considerations outside of the classroom. 

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from James Madison University and her master’s degree in Applied Anthropology from Oregon State University. She is also a Certified Mentor and Mentee Trainer by the National Research Mentoring Network. Prior to joining NUNM, Lindsay served as the Associate Director of the University of Iowa Center for Research by Undergraduates, working with students across all disciplines in mentored research and scholar development.
