Ramona White comes to NUNM after teaching culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu and Oregon Culinary Institute, and working as a chef in New Orleans. Ramona has owned and operated her own business “Nourishment” since 2001, where she has served food at local farmers markets  and served on the board of the Hollywood farmers market. Ramona earned a BA in Anthropology from S.U.N.Y at New Paltz, and an associate’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. In her free time she enjoys riding vintage motorbikes, birding and gardening (she is currently growing purple roses).
