Dr. Sandra Oster is a discourse linguist specializing in technical and scientific writing and academic documents, including research papers, grant proposals, and review articles. In addition to teaching graduate students how to write academic documents, she professionally edits academic documents for scientists and clinician scientists, and she presents seminars on scientific writing and academic documents. Her research interests are in scientific argumentation and information structure. Sandra teaches technical writing and grant writing at NUNM.
