This form is available for NUNM students, faculty and staff for reserving a room on campus for an NUNM event or to schedule an NUNM off-campus event. All approved events will be added to the NUNM calendar. If you have questions please contact the NUNM receptionist, 503.552.1555. Check to see if your room is available.
Student Clubs and Events need to contact the Office of Student Life (studentlife@nunm.edu) prior to completing a Room Reservation form to discuss COVID safety requirements.

Please note that events scheduled outside of normal operating hours may incur a fee for security. You will be notified if your event necessitates a security fee.
Hours of operation are for Fall, Winter and Spring terms only. Summer term and in between terms hours may vary.
Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
