Can a Natural Supplement Improve Your Sleep Symptoms?

Help us learn if supplementing with Ashwagandha can improve disrupted sleep by participating in our paid research study.

Researchers at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) are evaluating whether an Ashwagandha supplement will impact sleep disturbance in a healthy population with mild to moderately disturbed sleep. Participation involves taking an Ashwagandha supplement or a placebo supplement for 28 days, completing online surveys, and wearing an Oura Ring sleep tracker.

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are 18 to 65 years of age
  • Meet criteria for sleep disturbance
  • Are willing to wear a sleep tracking ring for at least 4 nights per week over a 5-week period
  • Are willing to answer online questionnaires weekly over a 5-week period
  • Can attend three virtual study visits

Eligible participants who enroll in the study will be compensated with up to $100 and be allowed to keep the Oura ring used in the study.
