Traditional Roots Institute
Traditional Roots Institute’s mission is to help bring the people’s medicine back to the people, by direct community education and offering opportunities for all healthcare providers to deepen their understanding of herbal medicine and advance its clinical practice.
About Traditional Roots
Based at National University of Natural Medicine, the nation’s oldest accredited naturopathic school, Traditional Roots Institute launched in 2013 with a simple goal: to feed and grow natural medicine’s herbal roots.
Traditional Roots is about bringing the people’s medicine back to the people, by direct community education and offering opportunities for health-care providers of all types to deepen their understanding of herbal medicine and advance its clinical practice.
Our evolving website features leading voices in herbal medicine and vetted references, giving you a trusted resource for accurate and in-depth information. We’re working with artists, too, so the site will become a delight to the eyes as well as the mind.
Our work is made possible through a generous donation from Herb Pharm.
