The NUNM Food as Medicine Institute’s “Food as Medicine Everyday: Special Occasions” series will share new recipes and ways to incorporate whole foods into seasonal celebrations. With holiday gatherings right around the corner, this class will focus on creative holiday side dishes to share with friends and family.
The class will feature hands-on cooking practice and a nutrition lesson, with time for questions and to share in a meal. Cost is $49. Class will be held in Charlee’s Kitchen at the Helfgott Research Institute.
