On Friday, November 4, 2022, the OSCE 1 for 5-year ND and Dual-degree ND/CCM students will take place at the University of Western States in Portland, OR. OSCEs (Objective Structured Clinical Examinations) are a common method of assessment for medical and healthcare students. The NUNM Food as Medicine Institute’s “Food as Medicine Everyday: Special Occasions” series will share new recipes and ways to incorporate whole foods into seasonal celebrations.
