About the Program
NUNM’s preceptorship program is an important part of the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND)
curriculum. Beginning as early as your first-year Fall term, students will begin working with providers outside of the NUNM clinical setting to gain insights into many different facets of providing naturopathic care after graduation. Preceptorships offer the chance to explore, connect, and shape career pathways. Whether drawn to primary care, specialty practice, integrative clinics, or something uniquely individualized, students can curate preceptorship experiences to align with their interests and professional goals.

Preceptors make a real impact on the profession by providing valuable mentorship opportunities to students!
