We are conducting rigorous research on Ayahuasca and are seeking to collect data from people who are choosing to take Ayahuasca. That’s where YOU come in!
We want to evaluate the following measures before and after your Ayahuasca ceremony:
- Depression and connectedness scores via questionnaires
- Gene changes via a finger stick
- Gut changes via a stool sample
How you can participate
Participants have the option to complete one or all of the steps when joining the research study.
- Take a 15-20-minute survey before and after your Ayahuasca experience.
- Take a finger stick gene expression test before and after your Ayahuasca experience.
- Collect a stool sample 24 hours before and after your Ayahuasca experience.
Why participate?
The aim of the study is to further understand the mental and physical effects if Ayahuasca from a genetic and microbiological perspective. By broadening our understanding, we can challenge the current DEA scheduling of this medicine and make it more accessible.
How to participate
Those interested in participating in the research study can read more about the study goals, and ways in which respondents can participate, and join the study through an initial survey.
