The Master of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization (MAcCHM) at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon is a three or four-year immersive graduate program grounded in the foundations of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. This comprehensive acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine program combines rigorous academics with hands-on clinical training, preparing students for professional practice and licensure. Led by our expert faculty, the curriculum emphasizes the integration of traditional medical theory, evidence-informed education, and clinical experience, developing practitioners rooted in the ancient tradition of the medical scholar while equipped for modern healthcare settings.
