Master of Science in Nutrition Class Observations: Farm to Table
Get a taste of the student experience by sitting in on an upcoming class in one of the most popular courses in NUNM’s Master of Science in Nutrition. Offered during the summer of the MScN’s second year, “Farm to Table” is an experiential course takes students inside the local food system through visits to local farms, farm-to-table restaurants, and farmers’ markets.
We’ll be hearing from the following special speakers/organizations: The master gardeners at PSU’s Learning Gardens Lab | Evan Gregoire at Heirloom Seedhouse | Jared Gardener from Nehalem River Rach | Brittney Demming from Friends of Family Farmers | Marion Acres Farm & Helvetia Farm Market | Farm-to-Table Restaurant Bastion
These are in-person opportunities. Space is very limited. Prospective students may register for up to two class experiences. Locations and directions will be shared with registrants before each event.

Webinar: Naturopathic Principles and Regenerative Medicine
This webinar with Dr. Terrance Manning will introduce regenerative medicine and orthobiologics, therapies that provide symptom relief for certain musculoskeletal conditions and promote the body’s natural healing ability after injury.
Dr. Manning will explore the connection between these therapies and the core principles of Naturopathic Medicine and share his insights into how regenerative medicine expertise can both enhance patient outcomes and open new practice opportunities for naturopathic physicians.
