College of Naturopathic Medicine

The ND degree is an intensive program that prepares uniquely skilled physicians to deliver comprehensive healthcare with a heart.

In the College of Naturopathic Medicine at the National University of Nature Medicine, we teach our students to think, critique, and develop their strengths as healers; to customize therapeutic options to each individual’s situation and preferences; and to motivate and educate patients on how to live healthy lives.

The ND curriculum is delivered in an innovative, clinically integrated system where students encounter real patients and clinical scenarios as early as their first year, followed by progressive and challenging clinical rotations.

Our doctoral program — whether your first year is in-person or online — is delivered through the core themes of cultural literacy, ethics and professionalism, evidence-informed practice, naturopathic philosophy and practitioner cultivation. Each theme is led by one or more of our dedicated faculty to ensure that every block of the curriculum prepares the physicians of tomorrow to thrive in the current and challenging environments of healthcare provision.

The ND program at NUNM is designed to provide you with an extensive scope of practice, allowing you to succeed in a diverse range of practices and employment opportunities.
