The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at NUNM prepares students to apply exercise physiology, biomechanics, and clinical assessment with integrative, natural healthcare framework. This hands-on program blends rigorous science with whole-person care, training graduates to use evidence-based exercise prescription to improve health outcomes. If you’re passionate about improving mobility, preventing chronic disease, and advancing whole-person health, this program was built for you.
Students develop practical skills in exercise testing, strength and conditioning, functional movement, sports nutrition, and behavior change, while gaining real-world experience in the NUNM Health Centers.
This program meets eligibility requirements to sit for personal training credentialing exams through organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
