Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice Foundations: Part 2

Build your foundational understanding, capacity and analysis for engaging in diversity, equity, inclusion and justice (DEIJ) work for the long term. This four-hour online training is intended to meet you where you are through a discussion-based exploration of current challenges and opportunities from your unique perspective and experience. We will explore barriers people are experiencing, structural inequities, and fundamental mindsets and skills to build confidence and leadership to advance equity and inclusion.
In this session, we will explore:
• The impacts of systemic bias on individuals, within organizations, and in society.
• Strengthen your cross-cultural analysis while building cultural humility.
• Develop mindsets that support life-long learning and transformation.
• Explore a framework for individual, organizational, and structural change.
This is a great opportunity to build awareness and understanding of DEIJ opportunities and issues, learn equity and inclusion concepts and acquire some tools to bring an equity and inclusion lens to your work!
